New Tool to Facilitate Postdoc Evaluations: UF Engaged
UFHR will be introducing “UF Engaged” for postdoc associates in early March 2021, as a new approach to appraisals designed to encourage regular feedback, rather than a once-a-year evaluation. PI’s will get a quarterly reminder to provide feedback to postdoc associates, arranged around each postdoc’s hire anniversary date. Postdocs will also receive an email notification when it is time to submit a self-assessment.

You can learn more about UF Engaged by watching the video and exploring the information available on this site, which includes further details about the initiative, opportunities to learn more and answers to frequently asked questions.

If you and your PI would be interested in volunteering to help with the UF Engaged launch for postdoc associates by participating in a brief user testing during the last week of February, please contact
